Refunds

A TerraLamp planner is made for you — a digital file built to the setup you choose, and yours to download and keep. Because each one is personal to the person who ordered it, sales are final once purchased.

Your planner stays in your account after you buy it. Download it whenever you’re ready, and download it again any time you need another copy — it doesn’t expire.

Before you buy, you can preview the planner you’ve configured. We’d rather you find a problem there than after paying.

Mistakes and typos can be fixed free of charge. Just contact us and let us know what you need to change. Also, charts remain editable after purchasing a planner, so fixing them is a simple edit. The next planner download will include the chart’s corrections.

If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right. If generation failed, the download didn’t work, or the file was defective and you were charged, contact us and we’ll regenerate the planner or refund the purchase.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the seller of record for your purchase; charges appear on your statement as LINK.COM* TERRALAMP and your receipt comes from Link rather than from us. Stripe may also issue a refund under its own policies.
